About Me
My name is Erica Jean Moncada, but Sunflower Jean would be what I go by in the gardening world. As of May 2018, I have been running my own small, home-based gardening business. I am based out of Nashua, New Hampshire, and I specialize in garden maintenance, container gardens, small-scale arrangements, and bouquets. Even though I’m not your traditional florist, I consider myself a floral designer.
It is only natural that my passion has also evolved from growing my own flowers to being crafty with whatever the gardens produce. I express this by putting together arrangements with the flowers and plants I grow, as well as specialty and seasonal floral creations when requested. It is my pleasure to be creative for my clients and help them with their gardens and anything related. It truly is my purpose in life to be in the garden.
Over the years I have visited and worked in many gardens. It is especially important and inspiring for me to continue to learn and educate myself in order to give my clients the best services I can. With continued education and networking, I find new plants, new ideas, new perspectives. There is no end to what can be imagined and created.
